The Team

 

The PuraFilters™ team were previously the oil filtration division of Ernest A. Bitterling and developed and built the Bitterling range of cooking oil filter machines from the 1970's to the end of 2007 when Bitterling ceased production and was acquired by PuraFilters™. As a result, PuraFilters™ cooking oil filter machines are safe, easy to operate and can be used in all commercial catering kitchens.

PuraFilters™ cooking oil filter machines are fully mobile (the machine stands on a base that incorporates four industrial castors) and easy to move around your kitchen, and also very compact so will store away under a convenient work surface when not in use. Where required, we can often customise our machines to meet the particular needs of your premises.

 

Filter Papers and Spare Parts

 

PuraFilters™ carries, in its factory and warehouse in Nottingham, a stock of new machines and a full range of spare parts and approved cooking oil filter papers. We also offer service and maintenance to owners of PuraFilters™ machines.

 

For more than 20 years, the PuraFilters™ team developed and built the Bitterling range of cooking oil filter machines. PuraFilters™ is able, therefore, to offer a full professionally qualified service to owners of all Bitterling cooking oil filter machines and other Bitterling catering equipment. We supply cooking oil filter papers and spare parts and are pleased to service and maintain all Bitterling machines in addition to PuraFilters™ models.

 

All new PuraFilters™ cooking oil filter machines are supplied with a full 2 year manufacturer’s labour and parts warranty.
